Talent Development Pays Off at HBM

Justin Lammert

HBM is committed to recognizing and rewarding top talent, both at the hiring stage and along the entire career development journey. When people perform, there are opportunities to grow within our organization. We are pleased to announce two recent promotions at HBM.

Justin Lammert has been promoted to Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis. Justin has become an invaluable member of the finance team since joining HBM over a year ago as finance manager and corporate controller. In this newly created position Justin will provide financial analysis and strategic support to the leadership teams at our operating companies, as well as at the HBM level. Prior to joining HBM, Justin worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Assurance practice. Justin holds both a bachelor’s and master’s in accountancy from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Missouri.

Stacy Schlenk was promoted to Senior Human Resources Generalist. Stacy has been with HBM for five years with a primary focus on talent acquisition. In her expanded role, she is assuming additional duties in marketing and communications, as well as supporting the implementation of leadership development programs and facilitation of training across our operating companies. Previously, Stacy has held a variety of positions within human resources and marketing/project management. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fontbonne University and holds an HR certification from The Society of Human Resource Management as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
