Shelly Cattoor Joins HBM’s Talent Development Team

We are pleased to announce that Shelly Cattoor joined HBM on September 5th as Senior Manager, Total Rewards reporting to Amy Fields, Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer.  Shelly will be an enterprise-wide resource responsible for carrying out the strategic and tactical efforts related to compensation, benefits and HR systems within HBM and across its portfolio companies.  She will support the identification of areas of standardization across the enterprise and will partner with our portfolio companies to implement agreed-upon tools.  In addition, Shelly will be significantly involved in supporting due diligence efforts for potential acquisitions as well as integration work post-close.

Shelly joins HBM from Centene Corporation, where she worked since 2009.  In her most recent role as Senior Director, Compensation she was responsible for directing the administration of executive and broad based employee compensation programs, HR system administration and integrations, preparation of Compensation Committee materials and played a critical role in the compensation integration of Health Net into Centene.  Before Centene, Shelly worked at Anheuser-Busch in a variety of roles including executive and broad-based compensation, merchandising, and accounting.  She started her career as an accountant at RubinBrown.

Shelly has a BS in Business Administration (Accounting) from St. Louis University, an MBA from Washington University, a Certificate in HR Management from Washington University, and earned a (now inactive) CPA. Shelly lives in St. Louis with her husband and two children.
