Shelly is an enterprise-wide resource responsible for carrying out the strategic and tactical efforts related to compensation, benefits and HR systems within HBM and across its portfolio companies. Prior to joining HBM, Shelly was the Senior Director, Compensation with Centene Corporation where she was responsible for directing the administration of executive and employee compensation programs and HR system administration and integrations. Before Centene, Shelly worked at Anheuser-Busch in a variety of areas including executive and broad-based compensation, merchandising, and accounting. She started her career as an accountant at RubinBrown.
Shelly received her BS in Business Administration (Accounting) from St. Louis University and her MBA and HR Certificate from Olin Business School at Washington University. Shelly also earned a CPA.
