As HBM’s System Analyst & Administrator, Elaine is responsible for the implementation, support, and maintenance of our enterprise HCM system as well as taking a lead on Cybersecurity efforts. Elaine has over 5 years of experience with HRIS system management. Elaine has her MBA from Webster University and her Bachelors’ degree in Psychology from UMSL.
