We are pleased to announce the promotions of Kevin Sheehan, Isaac Tipton, and Brad Naert! These organizational changes facilitate HBM’s goals of providing top-tier resources and support to our Operating Companies and positioning ourselves for growth.
Kevin Sheehan: Kevin joined HBM the Summer of 2019 after completing his MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. As an Associate in our Corporate Development group, he worked closely with the Schafer team during the strategic planning process and proved to be a great fit. Critically, Kevin’s move to this role met a key talent need for Schafer. Kevin will join Schafer in a Product Manager role and will work closely with the Sales & Business Development teams and with the Schafer leadership group.
Isaac Tipton: Isaac joined HBM the Summer of 2018 after completing his MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. As an Associate on our Corporate Development team, Isaac contributed to sector analysis work and recently completed a successful rotation as a Production Supervisor at Tru-Flex. Isaac has rejoined the Corporate Development team in a newly created Manager of Corporate Development. In this role, Isaac will focus broadly on full-scale corporate development work including deal origination, deal evaluation, transaction execution, integration planning, and post-integration value creation analysis.
Brad Naert: Brad joined HBM the Summer of 2019 after completing his MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University. As an Associate on our Corporate Development team Brad has focused on deal origination, marketing, and sector analysis. In an expansion of his responsibilities and recognition of his contributions, Brad is also promoted to Manager of Corporate Development.
Having both Isaac and Brad in these corporate development roles enables us to drive focused, strategic growth at the platform level for HBM, and to provide bolt-on support for M&A at the operating company level.
These promotions align with HBM’s long-standing focus on talent and our efforts to create growth opportunities across our portfolio.
We look forward to seeing their continued positive impact across HBM as Kevin, Isaac, and Brad assume their new responsibilities.
