For the past year, Isaac Tipton has been a valued member of the Corporate Development team at HBM. In that time, he has led the valuation and analysis of more than a dozen acquisition targets, developed M&A roadmaps, and built new financial tools. He also has played a lead role on several deal opportunities and served as a mentor to our summer Associates. Isaac has demonstrated his value in short order and we are thrilled to see him join our Tru-Flex business in an expanded capacity. In his new role, Isaac will be a Production Supervisor at Tru-Flex’s Stamping & Assembly facility in Edinburgh, IN.
This role will allow Isaac the opportunity to support Tru-Flex’s operations directly and continue to build upon his leadership skills. “I am excited to take the next step in my career,” said Isaac. “This role will provide me the opportunity to work closer to the operations and have a direct impact on the success of the Stamping & Assembly facility.”
Isaac holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, and is a Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to HBM we worked at Honeywell UOP as a Product Manager and Mechanical Engineer.
