Effective July 1, 2022, in order for the HBM Holdings (and Mississippi Lime Company) self funded group health plan to comply with the Transparency in Coverage Rule, UMR and HealthSCOPE Benefits (through United Healthcare) creates and publishes the required Machine-Readable Files on behalf of HBM Holdings.  These files contain pricing data for covered healthcare items and services.

Beginning July 1, 2022, an employee or Plan member may locate and view the Machine-Readable File information.

To do so:

  • Hit Ctrl-F on your keyboard to bring up a search bar.
  • Type in Mississippi Lime and the associated MRFs will appear.
  • Example:  2022-07-01_Mississippi Lime_Choice-Plus_in-network-rates.json.
  • Multiple files may appear. Select the ones with the Mississippi Lime company name and the information and area of interests (network rates, allowed amounts, etc.).
  • Files will be updated monthly in accordance with the requirements.
